What Your Membership Includes

• Attendance for all HUG quarterly events in 2020 for up to maximum of five attendees each quarter
• Introduction of all HUG Diamond Sponsor Members during opening remarks of all HUG 2020 quarterly events
• Attendee list of all registrants prior to each meeting to include attendee name, company, title, and email
• Three (3) Roundtable discussions. Round table discussion topic due by registration deadline. Please designate which quarters you will be doing roundtable discussions and turn in with your sponsor application. There are no roundtables in Q4
• Three (3) Opportunities to educational session at all four HUG 2020 events (Program must meet HUG programming criteria)
• Reserved exhibitor space for all three HUG 2020 quarterly membership meetings (Q1, Q2, and Q3)

• +$500.00 Sponsoring of the 10^th Annual HUG Holiday Social Networking Event and Casino Night

• Attendance at all HUG quarterly events in 2020 for up to a maximum of three attendees each quarter
• One (1) Roundtable discussion (Q1, Q2, and/or Q3) Round table discussion topic due by registration deadline. Please pick which quarter you will be doing roundtable discussion and turn in with your sponsor application. There are no roundtables in Q4
• One (1) opportunities to educational sessions. Gold sponsors will be able to select sessions times after Diamond and Platinum have picked their sessions upon availability.  Educational session preference must be reserved for the year with sponsor application so you will need to designate which quarter you will be presenting
• Reserved exhibitor space for Two (2) HUG 2020 quarterly membership meetings (Q1, Q2, and/or Q3). Exhibitor space must be reserved with sponsor application for the entire year
• Company logo PowerPoint presentation displayed during Networking/Roundtable Luncheon at meeting(s) when exhibiting
• Use of HUG Gold Sponsor Member logo for marketing purposes
• 25% discount ($250) on Exhibitor Sponsorship Package for 2020 HUG Holiday Social Networking Event and Casino Night (See page 2 for sign-up of exhibitor table or Gaming Tables, or Hosting of Bar)

• +$750.00 Sponsoring of the 10^th Annual HUG Holiday Social Networking Event and Casino Night

• Attendance at all HUG quarterly events in 2020 for up to a maximum of two attendees each quarter
• PowerPoint presentation displayed during Networking/Roundtable Luncheon at meeting when exhibiting
• Silver sponsors will have the opportunity to reserve exhibitor space once all other levels have selected their space
• Use of HUG Silver Sponsor Member logo for marketing purposes and printed on meeting registration badges at all HUG events
